I called ahead to check open hours due to current virus before I pick up my FedEx parcel. Salmina reminded me friendly it's better to call ahead to make sure the parcel is arrived at location before come in person.
I arrived earlier than 10am last week and saw him wiped the door handles.
It only took less than 5 mins. to pick up the parcel and great chatting with Salmina.
*Tips: Better to pick up your parcel during the day in the AM.*
There's 2 people lined up behind me to pick up their parcels when I was 1st ones in line.

One of my FedEx packages was delivered here for pickup. I had a easy and simple time picking it up. The workers there were extremely friendly. Remember to give em a call if you can’t make it in time to pick up your package. They’re super friendly and accommodating!

I love the couple that owns this place. They are so kind and always smiling and treat everyone amazingly. If you pick up fedex packages there don't call them to complain fedex didn't deliver your package call fedex and complain they are just the drop off for fedex so be nice to them.
