Originally located in the Woolwich Community Health Centre in St. Jacobs, we relocated down the road to Conestogo in 2012. We provide care for families, infants, children, expectant mothers, athletes, and seniors with chiropractic care to maintain good health and to help patients return to work and the activities they love.

What to Expect Report

In order to properly answer these pertinent questions, a thorough consultation and examination will be performed (approximately 1 hour). You will be asked specific questions about your problem as well as your past health history. We want to learn certain details about what you are currently feeling and discover which factors may have contributed to the problem or may affect the prognosis.
