Laura is a Certified Master Stylist/Designer and the Owner of Hair Experience. She has been in the industry for almost 20 years. Through an ongoing system of education, coaching and training she has built many an independant stylist for her team. Her customer service skills balance the need for an exceptional customer experience as well as support for her team.

On the window it says "walk in welcome " i walked in and I was kicked out basically. Girl at front desk was rude and racist. She would not even talk to me. Gave me a card to call see if they have any spot available for next 5 hours !!!!! Could have simply looked at her stupid note but she didn't.
So sad to see these ppl around here.

My daughter had her first haircut here and it was a great experience! Sandra is amazing with kids. It was $30 but totally worth it for the experience. thanks, Sandra!

Sandra is great and really listens to your needs. She makes sure that you leave happy with your hair. She also understands hair types and how to work with different hair textures. I highly recommend Hair Experience.

Had my hair done by Korry the other day and as always, she did a fantastic job (followed her from her previous salon because she's amazing at what she does). She's professional, knowledgeable and knows my hair so well. Overall the rest of the salon was also wonderful and I was very pleased to see how COVID-19 precautions were being taken. I'll definitely be back!

Depends who you get as to how good the cut is. Some are fantastic, others average. Think it’s better geared towards cutting female’s hair rather than males. My wife and daughters have always been happy.

NEVER EVER GO THERE.
The MOST HORRIBLE experience in a salon ever.
I would have given a ‘zero/no star’ if it was possible. They don’t care about the customer at all. Severely ill mannered people.
I called 2 days back and asked to book for highlights. The owner said highlights will take 3 hours and only 2 hours time slot is available. I asked what you can do in 2 hours, she offered me a whole head colour, I agreed. She specifically asked for my hair length and confirmed the appointment. I asked for the cost and she said it will be $84.

I never really enjoyed getting my hair cut. However since I have been going to this hair salon, I couldn’t be happier. Very accommodating, very friendly, in and out and you’re done. Took my four year old son for the first time. I am too embarrassed to post a pic of him I have to send him to another barber to fix his hair. His hair is completely butchered. She asked me what number I would… like to use and she shouldn’t of as she does not know what she’s doing at all. The owner/senior was there and I’m more appalled at the fact a correction was not done. Very distasteful salon and they charged 18.00 to cut my sons hair. I couldn’t complain as I have a newborn at home and had to leave but I’m very disappointed at the level of service.
