Connelly-McKinley supplied very professional care to our family and my mom after her passing. On the day of my mothers funeral, the staff were professional and accommodating. Lots of parking available and facility was very clean (edmonton downtown location). The only things i was dissappointed about was that they spelt my mothers name wrong on the pamphlet that was handed out, the director addressed my mom by "mister" instead of "miss". The person i dealt with, was not knowledgeable in preparing the slideshow presentation.

The staff at Connelly-McKinley St. Albert were compassionate, knowledgeable and sincere. Our Funeral Director, Debbie and assistant Brandie were exceptional. Our Celebrant, Connie, genuinely cared about each family member and she was thorough in learning about my Dad's life. At the service she felt like part of our family. I highly recommend Connelly-McKinley Funeral Homes. My family and I found them to be highly professional yet very caring and compassionate in all regards - from the funeral director to the Limo drivers. We were all treated with great respect and care. They listened to all our wishes and needs and did everything to accommodate these. The funeral director assigned to our family was truly a blessing to work with.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Taylor Cox, our funeral director. She was compassionate and made everything so easy - really made a difficult experience so much better. Very thorough, and so patient - she made sure to take extra time to help my father, who is cognitively challenged. We couldn't have asked for a better support.

Connelly-McKinley has provided funeral services for our loved ones who have passed over the years. Cameron worked with us to make the arrangements. He explained everything to us in a manner that was easy to understand. Customer service is above and beyond, response times were quick and everything ran accordingly the day of service. I have reached out to Cameron after the service to inquire about a few things, and he maintained the high level of customer service I became accustomed to. I would highly recommend Connelly-McKinley in the unfortunate situation of losing a loved one.

Connelly-McKinley funeral homes provided great care and service from the first call I made to let them know that at my husband’s sudden passing I had let medical examiner’s office know that I had chosen them as the funeral home. The consultation to plan cremation/funeral was done with thoughtfulness, compassion and Rosanna led us step by step as… not to overwhelm. Once things had settled a bit and I got anxious re estate and contacting the government etc on my husband death Tara (family service aftercare) took my call and immediately was able to calm me and set appointment to

This is the second time we have chosen Connelly McKinley and both experiences have been very positive. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and dealt with our family with respect and compassion. In addition to the arrangements for cremation, I accessed the After Care program for assistance in completing notification documents.

I lost my Dad a week ago and I’m very emotional I have never had to arrange one before and had many questions. All of the staff that I’ve interacted with were so kind especially Aimee Anderson, she helped me in every step of the way. She was so compassionate and kind. It did not feel like business at all to me and I really felt like she’s part of… my family and all she wanted to do was help and support me. I never felt any pressure to buy anything or extra service. The place itself is so calm and peaceful and Aimee even prepared a beautiful Elvis Presley background music

When dealing with the death of a loved one it is so reassuring to know you can walk through the doors of Connelly-McKinley and have everything taken care of with ease. During Covid they were so flexible and helpful in finding ways we could have a small but comforting service. Their services after the funeral are invaluable! They assist in notifying all government offices and coach you through contacts that have to be made. We were so happy with all the services we received.

I can't say I know a whole lot about funeral homes, but after having attended a funeral here, I can say that staff know how to do their jobs very well, from directing mourning people to facilitating a well run funeral or memorial and printing up a nice memorial booklet, these people know their jobs well.
There is ample parking for all but the largest funerals or memorials held here. The room we used for the funeral that I attended seemed well constructed and well lit and very appropriate for any type of memorial or funeral event. Accoustics were good and the sound system functioned well

I was involved with planning of the funeral service of a close family member and the staff at Connelly McKinley helped us in every step. It's not as an easy time for family, but the staff are kind and understanding. After we worked out the details of the service, we went to look at a roomful of caskets to pick the style. The price range varies on style and some were quite pricey. I've heard a funeral is one of the 2 most costly events in a person's life (or afterlife) and can rank as high a cost as a wedding. But often that's forgotten and the family can have a hefty bill

Connelly-McKinley is a funeral home serving all faiths, traditions, and cultures. They have clergy on staff to officiate memorial services, or families can bring in their own pastor. There are several chapels, all of which are beautiful with comfortable seating. Ushers are provided to help seat people. This is the funeral home that handles funerals paid for by Social Services. Even in these cases, the funerals are very classy, with all of the staff acting very professional. In one case concerning a young man affiliated with my congregation, so many of us showed up (which is rare for Social Services
