Terrible experience with this company for an outdoor wedding. This company did not communicate at all. We were given several dates and times for setup, which they kept.changing and didn't communicate at all. Very stressful as they came 36 hours later than promised and forgot the chairs. They did not bring what was ordered and forgot many items. Chairs finally.arrived.just hours before wedding. Paid for one 20.x 40 tent and got two smaller instead which caused proble.s with the rain. Promised a floor it didn't deliver. Promised 3 coffee urns, brought one. Short on the linens.for table. Terrible

Alamo Event Rentals was so amazing! We needed a tent last minute for our backyard wedding and couldn’t have been happier! We booked them for our outdoor wedding and everything was great. Isaac is really friendly and easy to work with, helpful and knowledgeable. They set up right on time and broke down right on time. Everything was professional and I was really happy with their service. He loves what he does and it shows. I'd highly recommend them!
