Construction has always been instrumental in Todd's life. Starting at a young age, each summer was spent on-site working for this father, Garry Best, who did commercial builds. Todd's passion for building was evident early in life and he never doubted that one day he was going to own his own company.
In 1994, Todd acquired his Red Seal in carpentry, and by the age of 27 had started Garry Best Design and Construction, which would later be shortened to Best Builders Ltd. In his spare time, Todd enjoys trips to Disneyland with his family and doing work on his hobby farm in Delta. Aiden's love for carpentry became evident at a young age, as Todd and Jennifer's oldest son.

This is the most modern rancher style house that we have built to date! Best Builders and Randy Bens Architecture were challenged with building a Richmond, BC, forever house that would contain a clean, sleek modern flare on a single floor. This unique design creates great living spaces around an inviting central courtyard letting in as much natural light as possible.
No holds were barred when designing this 7,300 square foot West Vancouver, BC, executive home. The intention for this home is pure entertainment-it needed to effortlessly accommodate large groups in spacious living areas and multiple guest bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The clients came to the project with a very with a turnkey approach, only recommending local architect Craig Chevalier and selecting finishes with our interior designer.
