Services
Low-Cost counselling services (starting at $110 per 1-hour session) are currently available at this practice. These services may be especially helpful for anyone with no coverage or with very limited coverage. These services are carried out by a junior clinical therapist. For those clients with coverage, your receipts can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.
A psycho-educational or psychological assessment is an individualized assessment geared to having a fuller understanding of an individual's development or functioning in various areas (e.g., educational, social-emotional, behavioural, vocational). Assesses a wide range of skills including, thinking & reasoning (intellectual), language, memory and learning, attention, planning and organization, fine motor, academic and social-emotional.

Some clients may be referred by their family doctors, however you do not need a referral to make an appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: Intake/consultation appointments are usually booked for 1 hour (for individuals) or 1.5 hours (for couples). Subsequent appointments are approximately 1 hour in length, though shortened sessions can be requested. Fees for our services may be eligible for reimbursement under extended health benefits depending on the insurance provider.
