It might sound obvious, but when you really allow yourself to listen-and ask questions about-what your partner says, it not only leads to better conversations, but also better communication. Talk to your family doctor, eliminate any medical issues, and if you're still wondering about whether it would be a good idea to go to therapy, it might be a good idea to talk to somebody about that - like a therapist.

I have known Peter since 1998 in a professional capacity. I am keenly aware of his heart to assist people who are struggling with relationships and mental health concerns. I gave him a 4/5 here, as no therapist is perfect, nor likely to be a good fit for all the people who make their way into out offices. In addition, we social workers and counsellors are required to deliver some tough messages, evidence-based, that people may not be open to hearing at the time :-( Peter has a wealth of experience and may just be the right fit for you :-)
