Queen Street Pharmacy is a family owned and operated pharmacy in Niagara Falls. It has been a fixture of downtown Niagara Falls and in the community for the past 30 years, and we are conveniently located inside the Queen Street Medical Building. We are partners with the Canadian Diabetes Association, and as a full-service health care centre, we believe we are more than just a place where you have a prescription filled.

Services
Queen Street Pharmacy is family owned and operated and has been serving the Niagara Falls region for over 30 years. We are conveniently located in the Queen Street Medical Building and we are proud partners of the Canadian Diabetes Association. We offer many different services including compounding, MedsCheck, home health care, and weekly blister packaging.
Our team can take care of you and provide you with the required supplies for your healthcare needs. Call to make an appointment to be fitted for prescription stockings. Our staff would be happy to assist you with anything you may need. We also service the equipment and supplies we sell, so do not hesitate to bring in your wheelchair or other items you have bought that need maintenance or repairs.
Whether you suffer from eczema or pain from certain conditions, we have extensive knowledge in the creation of formulations designed for the individual patient including adults, children, and even animals. We can compound almost any product that is not commercially available to help treat your condition.
We use the DISPILL system to help with medication distribution in Niagara Falls for our patients. DISPILL is a safe, simple, and convenient system offered to anyone who must take one or more medications - no more worrying about multiple bottles! This system helps to ensure that you are taking your medications on time and every day by placing an individual's medications into daily slots of morning, lunch, dinner, and bedtime.
If you take three or more medications for a chronic condition, and also have a valid OHIP card, then you can qualify for MedsCheck. MedsCheck is a government-funded service that allows patients to have one-on-one sessions with their pharmacist to discuss medication needs. Amazing staff! Always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The owner-pharmacist, Medhat Ibrahim, is a very sweet, humble and respectable man whose priority is always the clients health and comfort. There are other pharmacists that work there as well on other days, and the same can be said about them, as they are all great. From a customer's perspective it seems the workplace dynamic is very comfortable as they all seem to be happy and work well together. Overall a very well-run establishment. There is also a good variety of products for sale aside from the actual pharmacy itself. Definitely recommended

Each and everyone, especially Pharmacist Christine have always been there for me ...and...... . my questions. Service quick and efficient. I've been a customer there for more years than I can remember. Let's not forget our pleasant delivery staff as well.

This is a nice pharmacy to deal with, I've never had any mix ups or issues. The lady who does the deliveries is really friendly, helpful and very kind. Despite all of this craziness with the pandemic, her and the staff at the pharmacy are friendly and positive. I would recommend them as your pharmacy, if you don't already have one.

Terrible customer service. I emailed and asked about a wheelwheel rental for a certain date. Was told to call the store. Wild goose chase, they will not reserve one. Wish they would have told me when I emailed rather than wasting my time, and delaying my search.

It's okay if you enjoy waiting extra minutes while the pharmacist quits harping on their cell phones. I have gone a number of times with family and more often than not if you are waiting for a prescription - it'll be finished quickly. You may have to wait an additional 5 to 20 minutes while the pharmacist finally either shows up or stops talking on the phone to what is obviously friends.
