Our carpet was absolutely filthy. Two kids and a puppy. Original plan was have the carpet replaced. We had guest coming over and could not replace in time so we got it cleaned instead. Happy to say we won’t need have it replaced. Amazing job and will definitely recommend.

Bought a carpet cleaning deal for Cactus Carpet cleaning on Social Shopper, which I used recently. Turned out the guy booked a two hour time slot (11:00 - 1:00), called to confirm that morning (about 9:00), then showed up 45 minutes late (meaning he'd already missed 37.5% of his appointment time)! Then spent 10 minutes "reviewing" the space I wanted cleaned, arguing about the square footage being in excess of what they would do. Positively the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I've ever had! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I booked a carpet cleaning before the expiry date of the Dealfind Voucher. At the time of the booking I said that I had a Dealfind voucher and I gave him the voucher number over the phone. The first thing the guys says when he comes to clean the carpet is that it's expired and he won't honour the voucher. The guy wanted to charge an extra $75 for the service. I got a SocialShopper deal for carpet cleaning and booked an appointment. I was told that the cleaner would come between 1 and 3pm, so I scheduled my entire day around that time. I was surprised when the owner called at 11 am to see if I was home because his employee was ready to come.
