John was fantastic!! So kind and genuine, knowledgeable, made our experience very positive (for people knowing very little about jewellery). He was not pushy at ALL, and just wanted to help out his customers! We are so happy with our rings!! Custom made men's wedding band, and he found a style that I loved based on my very vague description of what I was looking for! I would recommend him to anyone! We also got our marriage license from him.

The whole team from Watson’s jewellers was incredible from the moment I walked in. John was very patient and walked me through the process of creating a custom engagement ring for my fiancé. The design experience with John was very interactive. We sat down and designed the piece together using 3-D software. He would send custom digitals of what we created before moving on to the next step. John was very easy to communicate with; He responded to emails promptly and we were able to create the piece together in a timely manner. An absolutely wonderful experience. We met with John to re-do my partner's grandma's ring for our engagement. John got my taste immediately, spent a lot of time with us discussing details and what we wanted, made a model in his computer and met with us again to refine it. Finally, he did a 3D print of how the actual ring would look. The ring is gorgeous, the quality of the work is outstanding and the costumer service is wonderful. Beautifully done, and they re-textured the band so you can't even guess where the resizing was done. They look like new! Extremely reasonable rates, fast service, and super-friendly service.
