Mr. Hemmingson is one of the successors of a local law firm dating back to 1907 when Angus MacDonald opened the first law office in Lacombe. When MacDonald was appointed a District Court Judge, his practice firm passed to J.S. McCormick. His son, Donald McCormick, also practiced with the firm and later went on to be appointed a Judge.
Our real estate practice covers residential and commercial conveyancing and mortgages, farm sales and financing, condominium and land development. We act for clients in all manner of real estate transactions, including options to purchase, easements, rights-of-way, building schemes, surface leases and in connection with mineral trusts.
