Blown away at the quality, presentation and delivery commitment from Francesca's!
Gorgeous bouquet ordered for my mom's birthday and I cannot thank them enough for these as she loves them. The flowers look exactly like the picture so even though I was asked about substitutes, none were seemingly made. Came well packaged and housed in a very nice glass vase.
Flowers are just opening up at day 5 and smell lovely.
I expect I will be coming by for all my flower arrangement and gifting needs as it is so conveniently located and prices are very reasonable.

Ordering was simple and the service was very friendly. The arrangement looked stunning and it was delivered on time without any complications. We ordered "Teleflora's Possibly Pink" bouquet and the flowers lasted more than a week! It was beautiful to watch some of the lilies bloom throughout the week too! :) I would definitely buy from them again!

I love Francescas Flowers, I exclusively send all my gifts with this service. She always ensures the order is perfect/correct before she delivers and my family/friends have always loved the bouquets they've have been sent. During these times it's been such a life saver to be able to deliver gifts while living in a different city. I wont go anywhere else!

I purchased an arrangement for a friends birthday and it was just nice. Didn't look much like what I ordered and the roses were browning at the base. Most of the flowers had bloomed already so the arrangement won't last very long. It would have been nice if the flowers were more fresh.

Picked up a deluxe Teleflora Victorian tea cup arrangement of roses today. Very annoyed that the valentine greeting card with personalized message confirmed in the order was missing. The recipient searched the package but found nothing. So the whole point of delivering flowers to the lady turned out meaningless because the message / card was missing.the arrangement was good, though smaller than I expected.

I have dealt with Francesca's Flowers for the 2 past months. She prepares everything with care and selects the most beautiful flowers. I'm very happy with her service and prices.

I am very disappointed with Francesca's Flowers & Gifts. I ordered a mothers day bouquet for my grandmother off their website, it came to about $80. The bouquet she received looked NOTHING like the image I ordered. It also didn't have any of the same flowers. I used to be a florist so I know this was only $30 valued bouquet. It was also not delivered when I requested it to be. If I could give 0 stars I would. You can't tell me those two bouquets look anything alike.
Please do not order from here unless you want to be ripped off!

I order flowers which I though would be beautiful for my moms bday. what I got was a sorry excuse and a rip off. The pics below is what I ordered and what we got. I also paid for the medium size. I can only imagine what the smaller size looks like. I'm very disappointed
