Services
We are a team of professionals that are passionate about getting back to living and loving your life. As a competitive runner who competed for Canada internationally, I have always been passionate about injury recovery and prevention in order to achieve athletic goals. I became a physiotherapist to share my passion, help others recover, move better and lead active lives.
Physiotherapists are primary health care practitioners who are experts in the science of movement. Physiotherapy will include an assessment to find the root cause of your injury or complaint. Treatment may consist of education, manual therapy, modalities including dry needling/acupuncture/light therapy/taping/fascial treatment, and exercise prescription.

Incredible people. I have been seeing Lisa for YEARS now. I have recommended everyone I know to go to Lisa for treatment. She knows everyone in my family. She has helped me fix my body so many times. I am a petite but tall person and I think I see her/video with her, 2-3 times a year for something stupid I did to myself and she manages to fix me in no time. I HIGHLY recommend anything Lisa or anything any of the other ladies there offer to treat you. I have done the "needles" with Lisa. VERY minor poke pain but the results are 100% worth it. Lisa doesn't even have to finish her sentence when she

I’ve been having some issues with my right hand for the past few months. The pain came back along with COVID-19 so I thought my sessions were done until the end of the quarantine. Well, I was wrong!!! Lisa contacted me to see if I wanted to try virtual sessions so, we met virtually last week and it was been awesome!! She guide you in a way that it’s easy to understand and execute diagnosis and treatment and follow up. I was actually so surprised after the first session. The video call works perfectly fine and it is so easy to use. Give it a try!! They are still open! Thanks Lisa!

I was referred by a friend and had been seeing Grace for a few years now. Grace always takes the time to understand what I need before proceeding with the treatments. I have on and off issues with my necks / shoulders and ankle and with the work that Grace put in, they are slowly getting better!

I visited Lisa with shoulder pain caused by weight lifting and a history of swimming. She was amazing! She took a real interest in trying to figure out the root cause of the issue and spent a lot of time and effort to fix me. Within 3 sessions, she had the problem figured out and I was better. And I really appreciated the clinic's approach of fixing patients quickly and then telling them they don't need to come back. I've seen a lot of other clinics try to draw out the sessions just to make more money. I highly recommend Cornell Physiotherapy if you are looking for a Physiotherapist who is well

I'm a runner and unfortunately very experienced with different therapists due to training injuries.
Beth has thus far been the only one who has managed to enable me to not only arrive at the start line of my marathon injury free, but also to continue training even though I had several injuries during the training period.
Her skills as a therapist and experience as a competitive runner were instrumental in helping me achieve a new PB.
I've recommended her to many of my friends, and those who have seen her have unsurprisingly also had positive experiences.
Thank you Beth!

Grace Ho is a highly knowledgeable physiotherapist whom I trust very much to care for my daughter and I. She is kind, caring and takes the time to listen to our concerns to determine the appropriate treatment required.
I couldn't have done it without the excellent care I received from her, to fully recover from my rotator cuff repair surgery a couple of years ago!

I have yet to meet physiotherapists who are so competent, professional and kind. They listen and help determine how to work with a client and I have experienced such understanding and compassion as well as suiting the therapy and home exercise to the clients’ needs and healing phase. I HIGHLY recommend the physiotherapists to anyone and have already done so several times

I played a lot of tennis and broke a tendon in my shoulder (supra spinatus). My right hand became more a less useless and I had to go through a surgery to reattach the broken tendon. Physiotherapy is the only thing that could make my arm fully rotational with the level of strength I had prior to the operation.
I went to Cornell and I trusted them. Guess what. The results are amazing and I am going to play Tennis this summer after a gap of only six months.
I attribute this fast recovery to the manual therapy (to the right muscles and tendons at the right time) they provided me with a lot of enthusiasm

I had injured my ankle after Thanksgiving 2015 and was looking for a good physiotherapist to help me get better at the recommendation of my family doctor. I'll be very honest and say I wasn't a big fan of physiotherapy because I have been to my father's physiotherapy appointment and all i see is the physiotherapist tell my father to go on an exercise bike and do that for 20 minutes then do some stretches and then that's it.
It took me days to make a decision and give Cornell Physiotherapy a call. i was very impressed with the credentials of the therapists on their website and was introduced to
