Sergio has such a kind and professional demeanour. He definitely knows what he’s doing! When I first arrived, he cut my ring right there and then to see if it would be a good fit before putting it together. He resized and cleaned up my engagement ring in less than a day and it’s even more gorgeous than when I first got it! Price was also way beyond reasonable. Excited to work with Sergio more, perhaps for our wedding bands.

When it comes to jewellery ... there are jewelers, goldsmiths and then there are Artisans. Sergio is a combination of all of the above. He had the talent and ability to create a masterpiece for me from an idea. I was astounded to see how he took a concept and transformed it into a reality that far exceeded any expectations that I had. Sergio made wedding rings for my wife and I and they were absolutely perfect. Throughout our decision stage Sergio was quick to respond and easy to deal with as we narrowed down our designs he was very helpful. From my initial email, Sergio was quick to respond and friendly. He answered all of our questions (resizing an engagement ring that was a family heirloom, designing and ordering our wedding rings). My wife LOVES her wedding ring. I am very happy with mine a couple months on.
I am not used to shopping for jewelry but Sergio made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.

We sent my wedding and engagement rings to Sergio to be redesigned for our 38 year anniversary. Despite being 12,000km away and in the middle of a world wide pandemic, the process was incredibly smooth and uncomplicated. My fiancee and I had a great experience working with Sergio to get the perfect engagement ring. We had stones from two family rings that Sergio was willing to work with - we found that finding a reputable jeweller who is willing to work with heirloom pieces was a challenge.
