When transferring residential property in Ontario a Land Transfer Tax is charged, based on the purchase price of the property. There is a reduction of the Tax for HST, if the property purchased is a newly built home. The Ontario land transfer tax is payable by the purchaser when the property is Transferred and the Deed of Land Registered.
The purchase and sales agreement is a binding contract between the buyer and the seller of the property. The inspector evaluates the structures and foundations of the home and provides you with a final report about the possible defects and problems. A home inspection is not mandatory, but very common.

Research the market to determine the fair market value of your home to understand what price to list and sell your house. Carry out any required small repairs and prep work to maximize resale value.

Please be cautious about all charges put on you. These people are such a rip off.
I personaly have not been to this place. But, I am commenting based on 3 different incidents happened at this place to my family members. I should have commented 3 years ago. But, I didn't.
3 years ago, my husband bought a business and went to Nava Law and had an initial talk with someone..he felt that legal cost was a bit too much (10k) . So, he decided to go somewhere else. To our surprise, that lawyer charged less than 5k...our bad luck, he is now retired.
Another time, my brother went to this place to buy house

When I decided to purchase an accounting firm, including the property, which included both an asset purchase and a share purchase transaction, I had consulted few corporate lawyers who were very vague in their initial discussions.
