Good company to work for, I worked at the Atkins Va plant, the management at this plant, considered their employees just as a number. You are talked down to , like the management is better than you! I have never had a problem with the owners, or the corporate management, and I’m only speaking about this one plant, the turn over rate is ridiculous, at the Atkins Va plant, and corporate should seriously think about doing an investigation into this plant, without telling anyone at the plant.
