My wife and I brought her engagement here to resize it. It contained a brilliant black sapphire which sparkled fantastic colors of red, blue, and green. After these "jewelers" altered the size, once getting home, we realized the stone was also altered. Extreme heat, like fire, completely changes the composition of black sapphires leaving our stone dull green without any sparkle. We didn't know this prior to the ring sizing alteration, but you would expect jewelers to know better. We ended up replacing the stone with a different place for $$$ which we ended up paying out of pocket.
