Cannot recommend enough. Thunderbird is amazing! We have gone through at least a half a dozen plumbers over the past 20 years in Victoria and have now found our permanent plumber. Knowledgable, professional, very fair pricing, I would highly recommend Thunderbird (and I already have to our neighbours).

This is the second time I have used Thunderbird. Very professional, punctual, quick response time. First time to install new water heater, and today to deal with a leak from a bathtub which caused damage to my down stairs neighbour’s ceiling. Very quick to come out and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and repaired. Highly recommend.

I found the hotwater tank had failed in the morning. I called several companies and only Thunderbird spoke hopefully. I was told a price to expect and that they could make it the next day at the latest. They managed to fit me in and they arrived in the early afternoon with the new tank. Quick work was made of it and by evening we had hot water again. Never missed a bath! I would recommend these folks for anyone who appreciates no-nonsense business. Thanks Cole!

Aaron at Thunderbird Plumbing provides outstanding service. He's professional, responsive and does high quality work. When I contacted him to enquire about having my gas fireplace serviced, recognizing there would be a little bit of a wait (because it wasn't an emergency situation) he was compassionate to my situation and very helpful. He provided me with tips around what the problem may be which I was able to explore myself and this allowed me to determine the problem wasn't related to my fireplace so a service call wasn't necessary.
