Absolutely the worst customer service. Called to inquire about draining service; I barely had a chance to explain what we need and the lady on the phone already suggested us to look somewhere else. Didn't have a chance even to talk more about our situation; she bluntly said no service for today. I don't even know this lady and don't understand what I did to her that make her so rude.

Would highly recommend Royal Rooter. My drain tiles had to be redone after a bad job last year by another company. I could not have been happier with my experience with Royal Rooter. The crews are very professional and responsive to special requests. They clearly care about the quality of their work and do a thorough job. The work site was always cleaned up and any disruption was kept to a minimum. Jesse and his crew did a few extra things for me that were not in the original quote! Amazing guys , Amazing company! 24hrs before the completion of sale on my house collapsed drain tile was discovered and threatened to kill the sale. I called Jeff and he went out of his way to get a crew to my house THAT DAY within 2 hrs . They worked that day and the next to get the work done and save the day! Their work was first class. All the dirt was contained on tarps , all plants and trees carefully moved and re-planted. New downspouts added , new clean outs , the entire job was first class all the way.
