Collin and Janet (and the rest of their team) are amazing at what they do. I have been ordering from Joseph Flowers for a few years now and they are always reliable and put together the most beautiful arrangements. I had a bulk custom order (to 9 recipients across the GTA) for Valentine’s Day this year that I put in just 3 days before the holiday, and they made sure everything was good to go (even with a few changes in between).
I wish the hours were a bit better (one time I called 15 mins prior to closing and they couldn’t help me in time), but I have honestly never been disappointed with

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. I only gave some general instructions and left it to the florist to put something special together. The flowers were delivered on time and my wife was so pleased with the arrangement that she had to sent pictures of them to several of her friends. Well done and great service!!

Was heading to my friends wedding down the street at York Mills Gallery. My florist closed out of the blue in Mississauga so I searched for something nearby to pickup. As I went in the store is beautiful with so many flowers but the lady who helped me seemed like she was in her own world. Initially I asked for a nice bouquet for the wedding with roses. She suggested tulips because of the colours and to be honest I like them too so I said why not. I don't know why I didn't say anything mid way maybe because I didn't have it in me to BUT. This is what she ended up giving to me just layered flat onto

I left it to the last minute!! I needed an immediate flower arrangement delivered within one hour for a special lady that was leaving an organization that I wanted to say thank you and good bye to! This was so important. Joseph's Flowers said NO PROBLEM and within the hour created a magnificent summer bouquet of flowers and delivered them. I just got a call from a very happy lady raving about how incredibly beautiful the flowers are. Thank you Joseph Flowers for your creativity, fast, friendly and what I call .... A WOW Experience! Extremely poor service.
There was no card provided with the flowers as directed and paid for.
The manager got into a screaming match with me over the phone, trying to justify why they provided the flowers to the front desk security vs. reaching out to the recipient (I provided my contact phone number) to ensure the delivery was provided right at the door (that is what I paid for).
Her argument was that security said they would call the receiver down stairs to get the flowers, which is ridicules because the whole purpose was to surprise the receiver at the door. This company did not once

Best flower shop in the city. I've been getting flowers here for almost 10 years now. Flowers are always fresh, reasonably priced, the staff is always incredible. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They also have some very nice accessories and home fragrance things. Best place to get flowers in town!

The owner Collin reached out and apologized profusely for the experience we had. He offered to refund half the cost of our flowers and also to provide us with flowers for a future occasion. Both my fiancée and I weren't expecting the generous service recovery Collin offered and as a result will gladly visit Joseph Flowers in the future.

My mother ordered my wedding shower flowers and my wedding flowers from Joseph Flowers and the experience from start to finish was incredible. Colin was attentive and knew exactly what to recommend. The shower flowers were beautiful pink roses and my wedding bouquet and centrepieces incorporated beautiful blue hydrangeas, white lilies and cream roses. The wedding flowers are now sitting in our home and have made our whole house smell beautiful. Thank you for contributing to such a wonderful milestone in me and my husband's life.

I ordered flowers for my little niece. The man on the phone was friendly and helpful. But the final result was so ugly. I only found out because my sister actually asked how much I spent because she felt the delivered product was so ugly. I ended up asking her for a photo and it indeed was far less than what I would have picked out at a convenience store. Not sure if they didn't card because I was calling long distance. But I will never order again from these people. Plus they messed up the delivery time, after they specifically agreed to a particular time of the day. It was even written on

and the only reason i found out was I was sent a picture of what they received . the shop didnt call to notify that they didn't have enough of them they just sent what they had and didnt say anything ... and when i called the several days later, all they had to say was " didnt have enough " so they only sent half and they still charged me the full price....
cleary very dishonest.... will never deal with this shop ever again. i have also past
