In the beginning Maria did everything herself, from meeting with clients to producing and filing documents with the Courthouse, and finally appearing in Court and doing Trials. From the beginning Fernandes Law Offices has always kept the best interests of its clients as their guiding principle. In 2001 a Family Law assistant was hired to help service the increasing number of family law clients.

Worst money hungry people every. They asked me to start legal aid. And pushed me to agree on paying them 2500$ retainer. I was calling them in an emergency for legal advice. They kept pushing for the pay ... I was able to call another lawyer they gave me free legal advice. Now i have full custody...

I would not recommend anyone to use this law firm there are many professionals in Windsor that wont lie, steal or mislead you. I went to this firm for a divorce in 2018 the judge granted my divorce in 2019 and until 2021 bills are still coming to my house for services I did not ask for nor need. Please I am advising anyone that may want to use this firm to check your bills as they come because she will charged you for services that you don't want or need. She will also try her hardest to run up the time you spend in her office to bill you more. Anyone that have a house she will advice you

I retained Fernandez law services for a amicable peaceful divorce. Unfortunately very disappointed in the professionalism displayed. Word of caution please clarify your appointments and the amount of time they will take. I was having visits for 1-3.5 hours for repeated reviewing of papers for a simple divorce. What was also concerning was that I was asked to open up my current bank statements during the last few visits so, he could have a copy of my statements each visit. Would highly not recommend this law firm if you are a professional and make descend money.
