Not a good experience for my partner and I. We had been saving and building our credit (made some mistakes in our youth, not smart on our part) for quite some time. Spoke with one agent and she said things looked great, had to gather up some more paperwork and we'd go from there. She ended up leaving and we got transferred to another agent and things went sour very quickly. She was very hard to get in contact with. And after we put an offer in she basically came back to us and said that we had too many strikes and shes doesn't know why the other agent even told us we would get approved. I ended

We had a fantastic experience with East Coast Mortgage Brokers. My husband and I were able to transition from owning two homes, to building our first house together seamlessly, despite all of our concerns and insecurities. The service they provided was horrible!
I went to an appointment with Nickki Carew. She took all my information, said would get back to me by Monday and she disappeared for a week! I called the office on Wednesday, left msg with front desk. I called her cell on Thursday, left message. I emailed her on Friday. I just want to know what’s going on. You can’t just take people’s personal information and disappear. That’s very creepy. Finally on next Monday she got back to me said that I need to put down more down payment to get approved. I agreed on the phone right away. She said will call

Would Recommend Tony to help you with your mortgage needs. We were shopping around for better rates on renewal and he helped us through the whole process. Very informative, honest and explained many things to… us that we never knew before about our mortgage.
