I hired A&B Concepts to install new laminate flooring in my condo. While the quote provided was not cheap, I was promised professional installers that do quality work. I had worked with Brad previously who had done a good job. Unfortunately, that’s far from the experience that I had with A&B this time. The flooring installers was Matt at Van Floors Ltd. The project began on time and finished as promised but that’s about all that went right with this project. Prior to the flooring installers showing up, the ceilings and walls were all redone. Phew! Floors and painting of our home complete thanks to Above and Beyond Concepts. Brad went above and beyond literally when we had to dismiss our first painter (not connected with Above and Beyond) and found us an incredible painter to not just save the day but do an phenomenal job! Floors were then complete throughout our main level and together it looks fantastic! Just saving our money now to get the next level done and we will absolutely being going with Brad and his team again. Thanks so much!
