In the event your vehicle has been impounded, please note the following tips to make your release as efficient and speedy as possible!
We typically release vehicles during regular business hours only but may make an exception in the case of a personal impound on the weekend (we ONLY release RCMP impounds during business hours unless contact has been made with the office and other arrangments were made during regular hours, NO exceptions, and absolutely NO releases are done after dark).

On January 7th 2022 i had my car towed and called customer Service to discuss damages to my trunk and one person hung up the phone and the other person was basically telling me i should not blame the tow company . i don’t know what level of education you need to work here but a good customer service representative would do the following.
1. Confirm booking and driver
2. Confirm with the driver if they actually opened the trunk and could have caused damage
3. Reassure the customer that you understand their frustration and not become defensive because if a customer has a problem the problem

I am very impressed with the service I received from AJ Towing today! I called Chilliwack Towing and 2 1/2 hrs later I was still waiting only for them to tell me it would be another 30-40 minute wait so I canceled my request with them. I called AJ Towing and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. She said they could have someone to me in 20 minutes. The driver showed up within the time they indicated. The driver was extremely helpful and even though it was my starter and not my battery he still manged to get my car going so I could get it to a shop to get checked. I would highly recommend

My experience was not the best. Dispatch was confused or the driver was about when you give two streets that intersect both person's at AJs had to be told a total of three times before getting it correct. Once the driver arrived he was professional and courteous. Thank god it was not going to their impound lot where things out of your ride have been know to walk away on there own. It happened to two people I know. Your experience may be all together opposite. Don't leaving anything in your car if at all possible. Tip... I take everything from my ride no matter where I go for service etc. This wÃ

Called for a towing truck around 3 am give or take. I asked how much it would be considering other places were charging me 115 to go down the road, not even more than 5 minutes. The lady on the other end, who I may add sounded very unhappy and annoyed, told me it would be about 57 dollars plus 2.50 per km. I repeated that back to her and she confirmed that. The towing man pulled up, we confirmed the price however he charged us an additional 30 dollars that was NOT stated over the phone. It came out to be about 108. Obviously we need a towing truck and were desperate so we unfortunately had to agree

An towing went above and beyond with getting to me quickly. He hooked me up and was more concerned about making my car was hooked up correctly to make sure it wasnt damaged. He also made sure to make sure i was ok by putting me in his truck right away to warm me up. Their prices are one of the lowest and customer service cant be beat. I moved from new west to chilli and I cant say enough about this company. Call them first everytime

I called this morning because I had a flat tire. Not only were they at my place within 10 minutes, the driver was a competent and professional person who went above and beyond in providing

After dealing with BCAA and them saying no one could help with my motor home and I was on my own, we talked to someone at Thousand Trails who gave us their card. Lucky us! They came out and was able to lift our motor home so we could get our lifts back in place when the leveling system failed. He knew exactly what to do and we were back on the road in 30 minutes! Awesome job we will use them again.

Our camper van broke down and AJ came out to give us a boost. However the tow truck driver figured we would just make it to the Canadian Tire before our alternator kicked it. Talk about accurate. These tow truck drivers know their stuff. We got the alternator fixed and not 5 minutes away, we broke down again. They pinpointed the starter motor this time and nailed the problem again. Very happy with this tow company and very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

My car was towed by AJ Towing on a Sat night in Chilliwack as it was broken down. I tried to call it on Sunday to get my car back as it was indicated on the website that the company works 24 hours but the answering service directed me to call the office on Monday at 9:00 am as the company closed on Sunday.
