My Ex car broke down last night trying to bring my Grandson to me and there driver Robert stopped to see if we were alright. And when explained what happed he called it in and they towed her car to my place free of charge. I would recommend there service.

I was very impressed with the excellent tow service I got from Chilliwack Towing. I was stranded just off a highway and BCAA sent them. They arrived much faster than I was told to expect and their operator, Robert, was friendly, efficient and very kind. He has a great sense of humor which was very welcome under the circumstances. He did the job quickly and professionally. Thanks, Robert! Highly recommended.

I called them at 1:07 pm for a boost on my car. It was about 1:30 pm and I called them to find out how long they were going to be and they said 30-40 minutes. It was about 2:20 pm and they still hadn't showed up so I called them again. I was advised the driver was on the highway and would be here in about 30-40 minutes. I am typically a patient and understanding person however this in my opinion was horrible service. I called AJ Towing and they were busy too but still managed to have a driver to me in less than 20 minutes. I will never contact this company again or ever recommend them to anyone

I called them to tow my car 5.5km into Chilliwack and they quoted me $86. By the time we got there, the driver had lost my keys and management refuses to pay for the replacement key costs (which are ridiculously $732… cmon Toyota alone $562?!?!?). In the end it cost me $889 to have the car towed into Vancouver instead and not even a sorry for your inconvenience. Unbelievable 😞

Absolutely amazing service. We got a flat on a service road with little service. right when we met Robert (the driver), we felt at ease. Not only was he kind and funny which eased our stress but he went out of his way trying to help us find a place to stay of the night. Calling on his own phone and asking dispatch to help call. He stayed with us till we were able to find a place and offered to drive us all the way to Vancouver if it came to it. Can’t speak higher of him and the service be provided. Truly helped us feel safe and taken care of far above the job description.

Our brand new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid lost battery power and wouldn't respond while we were camping at Sasquatch Provincial Park. Robert came to our rescue. He expertly managed to drag this brick on to his flat deck while manoeuvring around the tree seen in the picture. He took the van to Harrison and backed in to a charging spot (with cars on either side!). Even charging up the main battery and boosting the 12V wouldn't get the Pacifica started, so we asked him to take it to the closest dealership in Mission. In an otherwise terrible ordeal, Robert was a delight... super professional, empathetic
