I dropped my ring off for repairs and have a stone that had fallen out put back in. An hour later they called me saying it was already done and ready for pick up. I am speechless on how fast they were and to top it off it only cost 20 dollars to repair. The staff is friendly and very helpful. 5 stars is an understatement

This is our 'go to' jeweller for the past 12 years. Have purchased engagement and wedding rings, chains, earrings and a watch for my husband. Repairs are very reasonably priced and often no charge on items purchased from them. Jewellery is awesome, prices are awesome and sales staff are tremendous. Fred never charges us for cleaning and over the years has become very familiar with my taste in rings. He is so helpful when my husband goes shopping for a gift for me.
Small premises but a great selection of jewellery and always a very personal shopping experience. Love this place.

Go see Fred! He is an amazing goldsmith with great knowledge of stones and a keen eye for design. We have purchased a lot of our custom made jewellery from Gold Rush and beyond satisfied every time with the outcome. They provide high quality and absolutely beautiful settings with VERY honest service. No better jeweller in Maple Ridge and Fred has a heart of Gold (pun intended).

I took in a brand new watch that was not working due to a dead battery. I did not have proper fine tools to get the backing off. The man took the back off with no problem on the first try and put in a new battery. The store charged me $22 . I have had this done at other jewellery stores and have been charged $5 for replacing the battery.
Their explanation was that it is an unpleasant task .
I guess due to this pandemic their business has declined and they took advantage of me .

Due to these google ratings I got Fred to make me a ring using a diamond and some gold that I had laying around. I couldn't be happier with the ring. Fred is a true artist and his staff are professional friendly and very knowledgeable. There is a reason that Gold Rush Jewellers has an all 5 star rating here.

I recently had Fred custom make a pendant for my wife, which contained the five birth stones of our family in the form of a horse shoe. Although, the product took a little longer to make, due to the Christmas holidays, the finished product turned out magnificent.
The staff were a pleasure to deal with and the products are outstanding. Highly recommend.

I bought a 22 inch gold chain from here last week, it was beautiful, but it broke a link after my fiance wore it for a couple hours. We brought it in to a goldsmith to get a gold solder done and she told me right away that it was bound to break again, that the clasp was a bit worn and needed reinforcement. Much disappointed in the lack of structural integrity of the chain I bought. The staff was nice and very accomadating, so no complaints about the service, I just believe that their goldsmith should repair and jewellery a little better before putting it out for sale.
