At It's About Time & Jewelry we specialize in the repair of high end watches such as Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, and Breitling as well as all other watch brands. We are able to replace batteries in all makes of watches. We also specialize in the repair of all types of indoor/outdoor clocks an addition to quality restorations of antique movements and cases.

Do not bring your high end watch here! They gave my watch to someone else and tried to give me a $100 watch (mine is worth $3200). Either it was a blotched scam, extremely poor organized, or just a brutal mistake. I got it back eventually, still not fixed (they couldn't figure out how to fix a simple strap, and caused damage where they tried too - ever heard of soft tip tools?).
All I asked was for an apology, and didn't get that, instead I got a bunch of ego and attitude. You can still apologize if you want. I don't want to believe you tried to scam me, but every time I tell this

I have been in twice now for a watch battery and they are so great! I am cynical when I try new places and always feel like I am going to get ripped off, but Vahid was warm and friendly and went above and beyond for my quick little battery change. I will be a repeat customer and will go there for my next watch or jewelry purchase.

We took my husbands watch in for repair and clean. We were told to pick it up in 1 week. That was in July. We went there and they were closed. There voice message indicates they are closed until end of September. What kind of business does that? We went back there today (Sept 16) and they are still closed. NO notice on the door, nothing. I hate to think this, but it looks like they are out of business. Very poor service. I would note even give them 1 star

Terrible service!
I took my Coach watch in for repair - a broken crown/dial needed to be replaced. Was told it would be 2 weeks. Followed up in 3 weeks and they said the part had to be ordered and she wasn't sure if this had been done yet. She said it would be rushed and to follow up in a week. We did, and still no update. 1 week later I called and she couldn't locate my watch/ticket, said she would have the jeweller call me back that afternoon. He didn't. Phoned again the next day...my watch was located but still no update on the status...said she would have him call me. No call

I brought a vintage Omega watch here to be serviced and cleaned and have it sized to my wrist. I specifically asked if I could have the fake Omega links out that someone else had added and then move the pins in the clasp forward to fit me.
when my husband picked up the watch, the fake links were still in it and they had removed different original links and did not move the pin.
i brought it back and again asked to have the fake links taken out and the real ones put back in. they did it on the spot, but left one fake link in, despite my specific request and again didn't move the pins in

Terrible customer service. Lengthy delays. I brought in a watch for a crystal repair. Was told it would take approximately 2 weeks. It has been 6 weeks now. The watch was shipped back east for repair without my consent. I have contacted them several times for an eta. Twice my calls were answered and was told they would return my call within 5 mins with no call back. I would not recommend this shop, nor will I be a returning customer.
