Services
For more than 60 years, our firm's lawyers have worked to protect the legal rights of our clients and to find the solutions that work best. The firm was established originally as O'Marra and O'Marra in 1952 by brothers A.J.C. O'Marra and T. E. O'Marra. The two brothers practiced side by side serving the good people of South Mississauga for many years.
Keith M. Elliott, LL.B., practices exclusively in the area of family law. Mr. Elliott's particular expertise is dealing with divorce, custody and access disputes, child support and spousal support, as well as all division of property and equalization of property issues arising from marriage breakdown or in the case of relationship breakdowns where the parties are unmarried but cohabiting.
Ursula obtained her law degree at the University of Leicester, England in 2010. While attending law school, Ursula pursued her interest in law and advocating for clients by acting as a legal advisor at the University's Pro Bono Clinic. Following law school, she assisted a sole practitioner in addressing family and child protection matters.
We offer all services related to addressing and resolving Family Law matters, as well as the preparation and execution of Wills and Power of Attorneys. The first step would be to book an initial consultation with one of our three exceptional Family Law lawyers. We are happy to offer fairly priced initial consultations, which can be completed over Zoom, telephone, or in person.

Greatest experience we ever had.

By far, Keith Elliott is simply the best family lawyer I know. I retained him as opposing counsel to one of the most notorious downtown TO lawyers out there. Keith is not only highly professional, he has integrity, is highly intelligent and always has YOURS and YOUR CHILDREN'S best interests at heart. I cannot say the same of other family law lawyers. Visiting Keith is akin to seeing a therapist. Keith is hands down the best in my opinion. He encompasses all the necessary qualities to deliver on results and expectation.
