Japan Karate DO Kenseikan CND
Primary mission of our school is to spread true Shotokan based KENSEIKAN KARATE style in Canada. We give emphasis on attracting and training talented Karatekas those who cannot afford expensive Martial Arts Training. We are committed to producing physically and mentally strong, honest, and multi-talented Karate-kas, who will shine above the ordinary people, to the society.

We have the LOWEST FEE in Canada with HIGH STANDARDS. Martial arts offer many HEALTH (physical & mental) benefits, but when it comes to fitness, becoming a true martial artist means becoming a supremely fit person. Whether that hit is a literal blow or a disappointment like failing a test. The key is in learning how best to take that hit and get back up.

The journey itself will make you stronger. The name 'Kensei' was given to noble and sacred Samurai Saints who lived in Okinawa long time ago("Legendary Sword Saints").
As you know learning Karate is life long, and therefore your Examiner is also still learning;. You are qualified to take a Grading test every 3 to 4 months provided that you have less than two absenteeism. If you have more than two or have excessive absenteeism you should attend extra training sessions.

Let me make something clear. You are not doing me a favour when you train; you are doing yourself one. I care passionately about your success, but when you can't be bothered, you let down your dojo mates, and most of all, you let down yourself.
