Daun provided me with extraordinary customer service. She provided me with support before and after my purchase. Receiving an email a week after the delivery to make sure we were able to mount our sign and making sure it looked great onsite felt amazing. I said out loud "Wow, that is excellent customer service!".

I used them months ago to get a quote for the business that I worked for for a sandwich board style sign. We didn't end up using them since the quote was outside the budget that we wanted to work with, however, they get 5 stars on the communication level 'cause they were one of 6 companies that bothered to get back to us via e-mail about a quote. Communication is a big thing with me. I had someone call me about 2 weeks later to follow up.
