Gary has been working in the towing industry since high school when he did work experience and has never left. After working so hard for all these years his next step was to own his own business of the job he loves to do. He is a family man with 2 kids, as a matter of fact his son was brought into the business by him rushing his wife to the hospital while she was in labor.
Talking about going over and above the call of duty for this hard work. Cheryl Has been married to Gary for 20 years and has been working as a wife, dispatch and admin in the industry on and off for 22 years so together they have 51 years of experience. Their daughter is a hard worker as well learning the business from her mom and Dad.

They are a business and do their work well, and attend to you as best as possible. I got towed (again on Quadra st. Rush hour), and got there as quickly as possible to get my car out and paid the necessary fees. Courteous and prompt, that's why the city hires them to keep the rush hour lanes clear. I only wish they weren't so fast at pulling parked cars out!

Slid into a ditch on 30 Dec...given the snowy/icy conditions, I was not optimistic about getting a tow out anytime soon. Was connected with All-Ways, who could not have been more helpful and courteous...tow truck arrived in 30 mins! Dylan, the tow truck operator was amazing....friendly, thoroughly professional and reassuring...he had us out of the ditch in less than 20 mins, then realizing that we would have great difficulty driving up the icy road...reconnected us and towed us up the hill to a flat spot. Amazing service! Thanks Dylan and All-Ways dispatch...you were both incredible.

This company doesn’t even deserve negative star. They are rude, pathetic and unprofessional. They just know one thing how to get rude with customers and that is it. I can pay double the price but never in my life go to this company and recommend them to any one. Have some shame people.

Got a call that my car was reported stolen. Found out by VicPd where it was.
Spoke with Shanna the night before which she said call the next day to see if it was driveable. I explained i was in Campbell River and i had someone listen on my insurance papers to drive it. She said it was fine.
Come to find out it wasn't. I had to send a picture of my driver's license or passport photo or government ID for a release. I asked who i was speaking zo but she stated she was uncomfortable with giving her name. I wonder why?
I couldn't find either either so sent my PAL which is government ID. Of course

I’m sure this company won’t be around in a few years. Sketchiest place I’ve ever been to. Can’t believe they are still in business. Absolute joke. Customer service is just brutal. They towed my vehicle and wouldn’t give it back to me when I showed up as there was no person available. Place looks like a junkyard. They have no pride. Absolute night mare of a company. I hope you never have to deal with these people.

Please change your business name to ALL WAYS SCAMMERS.
You guys stored the rental vehicle for 30 days without even letting the owner know.
From the owner to the staff, everybody is so rude and came aggressive to me when I just asked why I wasn’t informed.

We own a condo in downtown Victoria and the parking lot is contracted by All-Ways towing. We arrived home today to find a car parked in our owned parking space. We left a note and no one returned to move their car, therefore we needed to have it towed so we could park for the night. I contacted All-Ways towing tonight @ 9:00pm and spoke with Sharon. At first I was told that they could not assist as our parking space was underground. I explained that we are a ground level and there is just a gate separating our parking area.
