I wanted to start by thanking your entire coming for it's overwhelming action taken yesterday on Highway 1. I was stuck on the side of the road as many others were, I was able to watch the. I was feeling a little frantic the other day as I left my car lights on all day at work and my battery quit on me.

Westshore Towing arrived within five minutes and got me on my way in no time!. I am so happy to hear something positive is sent your way. Many people only hear the negative but if they could just hear all the positive wonderful things you do in our community that go. Much thanks to your driver who towed my son in laws truck.

They don't know the meaning of NO! My Son broke down at the side of the rd, called BCAA as he has a membership, then proceeded to wait with his car for them to arrive.
Two marked police cars drove past, but didn't stop after seeing him. They didn't appear concerned.
A while later an unmarked police car stops and proceeds to hassle my Son and call westshore towing, even though my Son made it perfectly clear he had a truck on route.
My Son was sober and was just trying to get gas to get home. Neither the Officer, nor the Westshore tow truck operator would listen to him.
So now my Son has to pay

I got a flat tire after an exhausting day and just couldn't put the spare on. Westshore came really quick. The fellow that showed up was so nice. I was going to put the flat into my trunk and he stopped me because he didn't want me to get spiked. He was keeping the customer safe. I really appreciated it. Was nice to go from wanting to cry, to smiling. Thanks Westshore Towing!

Keys were locked in car inadvertently (had car set to auto lock after being outside of the car for so many minutes) didn’t consider that I might get locked out since this setting stopped the car alarm from going off and the lights from flashing to alert me that I had left my keys in the car. Called the number for roadside assistance and the operator called the closest tow company to my location. I was updated every 10 minutes via text to let me know the tow truck’s location and estimated arrival time which I have not experienced with any other tow company.

I was exhausted coming home from a VERY long week of working 12hr days at the hospital when I got myself into a pickle while parallel parking on a hill. I called and was dispatched a driver within minutes. Not one but two drivers showed up in less than the time that was given to me by the dispatcher.

A driver went off the road when trying to park on the side of steep part of my driveway and we called Westshore. Dave showed up and was knowledgeable and great to talk with as well. I wasn't the one paying, but Dave did a side pull with no damage to my property, I'll call Westshore next time I need a tow truck. Was like being in a tv show.

Driver was very polite and helpful, I wish I got him name. And he did want to give us a ride since it was 3 of us it couldn't happen. On the con side they recommend and shop in Victoria that is is super busy and could get to our vehical till Thursday. And since we planned on leaving on Sunday. But we knew it would have to be Monday since nothing would be open. I had to pay for another tow to a different shop. On July 3rd Chris B. operating truck # 23 assisted my wife and I when my truck had starting issues. Chris was extremely professional and provided a valuable service to get my truck started. I would highly recommend Westshore Towing especially when they have such wonderful and extremely helpful employees such as Chris. I would not hesitate to call Westshore Towing in the future based on my interactions with Chris the tow truck driver and with their dispatcher (on the phone - she was sympathetic and very courteous).

Wow, Westshore Towing is beyond awesome. This is my second review in a week because Canadian Tire did not fix the actual problem. The dispatcher is so friendly and accommodating and, as with last week, the driver who towed my car today was also exceptional. He was so, so, so helpful and even gave me some very useful tips! He definitely went well beyond his duties to help me. I can’t say enough about the service and the great value.

Amazing service! My fiance and I got into an accident and unfortunately had to get his truck towed. The gentleman (I think he's the owner) was so kind to us at the scene and answered all my questions. I called the next day to ask if I could grab some things out of the truck and the owner again went above and beyond what he needed to do so that I could access the vehicle. The lady on the phone was also so friendly and kind. Waited until well after they were supposed to arrive. When I called they had sent a truck to different location and called off the call without calling me. Truck showed up without the equipment I would have expected. Driver was nice.
