I honestly do not have enough words to talk about this team. They’re the absolute best I have ever met here in Edmonton in 7 years. They are super friendly and they’ll take their time to answer any questions you may have, as well as to explain everything about your meds. They offer reliable delivery which has saved me multiple times, and they’re always checking up on you for prescription fills and all. They truly care for their customers and it makes all the difference - you’re not just another number walking in store.

The staff is great. Very knowledgeable and they genuinely care for there clients. If you even have questions. I they go above and beyond for everyone. This year I even got a gift basket for Xmas. Very sweet and they dropped it off for me. I now live out of Edmonton and they make every effort to deliver when I ask. But I would not change from them for the world. Love you guys.

I usually do not write reviews but I feel like I have to give Credit where Credit is Most Deserving!! My parents were stuck in the U.S due to the Covid Pandemic. David the owner, Steven and the I Care Pharmacy Team did an Extraordinary Job in trying to get my parents prescriptions to us. It took many phone call for them and they had to learn the rules how to send prescriptions across the border and even created a XL sheet with all the medications information to send via FedEx. This was very time consuming and involved allot of Detail which they completed with success. They were dedicated to finding

The main staff Steven David and Cindy are always very understanding patient and professional. I have been going too icare for years. And we are on a first name basis with each other. All three of them go above and beyond. Today I had an unexpected personal event happen in my life and I just happened to call in and spoke to David who was very understanding and accommodating with my situation in providing my medical and medicinal needs regarding my time away! I have been with I Care Pharmacy for close to 2 years now, after switching from Shoppers. I was looking for a friendlier atmosphere. And I def found it with I Care. Steven and the team there are amazing, they are so caring and SO fast. They have consistently gone above and beyond for me and my family, and I will never go to another pharmacy again. The staff here are personal and responsive. It is rare to receive the level of attention this pharmacy offers. I feel that they genuinely care about my health because they take time to ask questions thoroughly and make extra effort to accommodate for my busy schedule. I don't mind the travel to visit this pharmacy for this amazing service.
