Excellent service, very professional. Had a rear panel with a parking lot door dent that was repaired quickly, with impeccable results...looks brand new. When the car was ready, it was cleaned inside and out and ready to go. I was also told there was some sketchy body work done prior to me buying the car (car was used when I bought it) that I did not know of that Boyd's team fixed at no extra cost...now that is service! Thank you Dan Lester and your team, you have a new customer.

I’m from Alberta. Got a nasty rock chip in Banff on my brand new car’s windshield. Googled rock chip repair when I was in Kelowna and decided to go here. They did a fabulous job repairing it and it only took about 25 min. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their windshield repaired.

Thought, I'd take a few minutes to share my experience as someone very passionate about vehicles. Especially because in the time since my repair I have heard similar stories which seem under represented in these reviews. I'll preface this review to say that I am not that experienced with autobody repair, but know claims of 'as good as new' are simply NOT accurate. As such I feel I went into the repair with reasonable expectations.

Wonderful and fast service from Nathan Tennant! He managed to fit my vehicle in for a much needed window repair when they were booked solid for the month. The techs nicely wrapped my window up in the meantime to protect the interior of my car while we waited for the glass to come in! When I got my car back it was cleaned up better than I had expected! They even took care of the rental car when I realized that I didn't have that coverage on my insurance. Over the top service and more than I had ever expected! I even got a box of girl guide cookies! West Kelowna Boyd lost my booking and 'Todd' couldn't care less. I called Boyd in Kelowna and Neil was so helpful. He booked my van in and Nathan kept me updated during the whole service. My car was clean and my bumper looks brand new. They really try to go above and beyond at the Kelowna location and are very professional.

We had excellent service and Boyds went out of their way to rectify an issue that was not their fault. My vehicle dealership complained that Boyd's should have used OEM glass in the replacement they did (as I later had an issue with a camera and that was the reason they gave me for it not working).
Neil at Boyd's immediately had the vehicle returned to him. They re-inspected the windscreen repair and calibration details to try and determine the reason for the errors that were being displayed in the vehicle. After recent MVA, was referred by several different locals to go to Boyds, West Kelowna. they did not disappoint!!! All staff were friendly, professional, prompt and it is very evident the "team" at Boyd's West Kelowna are a close group that work well together. I had the pleasure of dealing with Neal through out the whole process. He was professional, fair, informative and courteous. Was very satisfied with the repairs completed on my truck, wish I could say the same about dealing with my optional insurance coverage provider....but I can’t, because......they were garbage. I will not hesitate to use Boyd Auto-body, specifically this location, again should I have the pleasure of being in a no-fault of mine accident. Rental car set upand return was a breeze..
