Alder Street Auto Body is the only accredited ICBC auto body shop in Summerland that was founded in 1991 by Martin and Linda Van Alphen. Their oldest son, Kelsey, having "grown up in the shop" and been in the auto trade much of his life, became a red seal Auto Collision Repair Technician in 1999. Kelsey and his wife, Katrina, purchased the family business from his parents in late 2005.
In 2010 they undertook a renovation that expanded the shop by 1700 square feet, added a new spray booth, lunch room and wash bay. Currently they employ nine full time staff.

I would like to recanter my review I brought my car in for a repair a few years ago . All my Cds were stolen from my car when I brought it in I told the owner and he could of cared less he said we are not responsible for stolen or broken items. Be warned when doing business with shady people who know nothing about customer service.
