I am not one to enjoy my visit at a dentist but this being my first visit, everyone was amazing and top notch. They all made me feel comfortable, explained everything thoroughly and gave me options based on my insurance status. Finally, a dental office that is customer focused. Everyone that works there is so friendly. Had a tooth pulled and they called the next day to see how I was doing. I also have high blood pressure and they made sure my pressure was good before they would pull it. Glad to say very little pain after as well. I give 10 🌟. Recommend to everyone that is in need of a dentist.

In the past I have always been terrified of my trips to the dentist. Dr Mark was fantastic when he removed my wisdom teeth. This time it was just a cleaning. The dental hygienist I had was outstanding. I cannot remember her name, unfortunately. She was so friendly and very informative. I felt so comfortable throughout my entire appointment, and left with some very helpful information. I am looking forward to my next visit. That's something I never thought I would ever say about a dental visit!

Went for a cleaning for myself and my three children we paid in full and were told that no insurance claim had been processed. Submitted it to the insurance only to find out the claim had already been made, literally while we were paying. Contacted the office thinking it was just a mistake but they refuse to refund me for 3-4 weeks when they… receive their second payment by the insurance company. I had the insurance company send a statement showing exactly what was paid and that it was paid to them. They did not care. Nice surprise for every family at Christmas time... Unless you enjoy paying

I was told that the insurance claim did not go through so I paid in full. When I submitted the claim to the insurance they had already paid the dentist. I called the dental office and was told that they had to wait to get the insurance cheque in about a month to get a refund. I wouldn't have paid if they were honest and said that they had submitted the claim. I paid them in good faith believing they had not also charged the insurance now they want me to wait a month or more to get my money back?

I had a dental emergency and I am not a patient. I messaged Dentistry at Cornwall and within minutes had a response. Shortly after , the dentist called me. We discussed my problem and she booked me in for the next day. I was extremely pleased with the way everything was handled. A big thank you to Dr Iancau for taking good care of me.
