Services
I was born and raised in Waterloo Region. I attended McGill University in Montreal, and then Wilfrid Laurier University where I obtained my master's degree. I completed law school at the University of Western Ontario in 2002, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. I articled at a national law firm, and then worked as in-house counsel for several years at the local children's aid society.
Danielle Fraser has been a law clerk for over 15 years. She prides herself on client service, knowledge of process and procedures, and is an excellent drafter of court documents. Danielle is responsible for overall file management, to assist with the drafting of court documents, and to answer your procedural family law questions.

When parties separate it is not always necessary to go to court. Most separated couples negotiate a separation agreement. A separation agreement is a domestic contract under the Family Law Act that can deal with all issues related to the breakdown of a relationship including custody, access, parenting, child and spousal support, and property division.
We provide representation for people involved in the collaborative family law process. We guide and support you through the process, explain the law and available options, participate in meetings, and help you come to a satisfactory resolution. MEN BE AWARE!!!
Let's be honest a woman who does not take care of herself, is not going to take care of you. She looks to be suffering from a lot of her own personal health problems.
Professionally she completely failed as a lawyer and had to dismiss herself from my case in front of the judge when we made it clear she had her own self-serving, sexist agenda.
I faired far better in securing a custody agreement through self-representation then with Harper Law.
She is opportunistic; Harper law is looking to either exact their own personal revenge on unassuming Fathers, or is looking to drag the

I find Tania to be of great value in an unsettling time! Separation and divorce I’m sure is never easy! After hearing my predicament and accepting my case Tania gave me the most comforting words I could hear! “Don’t Worry” she said and proceeded to explain in great detail a process I could understand! We went a little over my time slot but she stopped the clock and made sure I was knowledgeable enough to really not worry! Wherever my impending case may go Im confident Tania will be a great advocate for my son and I.
