The technicians initially installed a heat pump with no insulation...I was then concerned the unit was not working efficiently, or even a fire hazard based on the noise. Technicians (and owner) returned to inspect and insisted it was working and I just needed to let it run. It would shut on and off every 5 seconds. DART never returned my multiple calls of concern after that.
Another local company inspected and immediately identified the unit was not appropriate for the load-bearing outlet and replaced the needful in the control panel (indeed a fire hazard and inefficient installation).

We had made the mistake of calling a different heating company who left us waiting for quotes for days, and after being without heat for 4 days, we called Dart and Brian was over with the parts we needed and had us up and running within 4 hours. He is professional, easy-going, and did a great job. I'm so relieved that we reached out to friends and got this referral, it was well worth it. Great value, honest, up-front and professional.
