Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism as I did today with Doyle. Had a tech come in to service our furnace. He immediately red tagged it and said it was unsafe to use and that his boss would come later to provide us with a quote for a replacement. He said the replacement could be done next Thursday 7 days from today! With 3… young children and the forecast predicting extreme cold weather for the next few days this seemed completely unreasonable. Nevertheless we paid the service fee and assumed we would speak to the tech’s boss and try to find a solution. When his

Miserable, cheating, lying incompetent scam artists. Agressive, yelling, lying, arrogant, ignorant management.
Mistake after mistake, botched installation, finger pointing, changed stories, and always trying to blame anyone else, the homeowner, the manufacturer, anyone else.
These are the kind of people who deliver an inferior product and… service, and then attempt to lie or bully their way out of it all while trying to overcharge or keep money for extras not provided. In my opinion, Doyle preys on senior citizens.
Go with anyone else!!!!! Avoid at any cost!!!

Up until now, my dealings with Doyle Plumbing have been exemplary. They installed my new Propane furnace several years ago and have serviced it annually.
I have recommended them to several friends as a great company to deal with. Great office staff, great technicians, on time appointments. No complaints here.

When I called them August about having a propane fireplace in my kitchen to replace my existing electric fireplace Insert, a project I had discussed with the furnace installers previously, their "designer" came to my house. He was there less than 5 minutes looked at the kitchen

It started with a friendly receptionist. We explained that we returned to the cottage and found the hot water tank not functioning after turning it back on. We did check the breaker box and wiring. There were a lot of (emergency) repairs so the earliest time available was a few days away.

What can I say? So grateful to have Doyle in our back pocket! They always go above and beyond. Our relationship with Doyle began when they inspected our property before purchase. Then, they cleaned our furnace and fireplaces once we obtained possession of our home. Since then, they have serviced our furnace, removed and installed a new sink and fixture. The list goes on and on. Recently, Grant came to unplug a nasty backlog in our kitchen sink. Great guy! While he was waiting for some equipment to arrive to unplug our sink, he gave us some great advice and information on other aspects of country

Grant was very friendly and respectful. He explained what was needed and the the cost. He was able to get the pipe fixed right away and explained everything he was doing. I felt very comfortable with him, and I will use Doyle plumbing if I ever need a plumbing repair again. Completely happy with the work.

I have just had a new furnace installed. I certainly didn't look forward to this being done in the middle of winter with Covid as an added feature. Doyle Plumbing technicians, Nehemiah Graham and Cory, are excellent representatives of Doyle Plumbing. They were so very professional, efficient and clearly knowledgeable. Their clean up after the job was completed was exceptional. I highly recommend Doyle Plumbing and their technicians Nehemiah and Corey.

Following a fault on my boiler (the radiators came on full on one of the hottest days of the year!), at my rental property, I called Doyle Plumbing, having used them before with no issues, and they came out exactly as promised. I needed a new boiler and they had it all installed within a few days, very efficient, very professional and not only did they created a work of art, they left the area cleaner than when they arrived!.
