Chris has worked in the auto body industry for over 31 years, at new car dealerships in Niagara before opening Platinum Auto Body in 2005. Platinum Auto Body & Collision opened in 2005 and has grown into an 8000 square foot facility. Do you want reasonable, affordable pricing and fast service for your vehicle ??? Drive on to this shop!!!! I had a wonderful experience with these bunch of guys, young and old, yet, humble and friendly people. I told Primo I'll bring back my car for another minor repair next week. WHY ???? I find them RELIABLE !!!!! What can I say???? My "hi" to Eddie and Roger.... See you guys !!!!

If you want a good quality job on your vehicle you should consider Platinum collusion they are very efficient and professionals in their job these people really know what they're doing they won't cheat you just tell you exactly what's wrong with your car tell you how much the cost will be and they are very honest. For only being 3 people the run this shop I think they do a pretty damn good job thank you.

1. Best C\S you could ever imagine & on top, you feeling the sense of responsibility for the job that being done. Roger will never let you get out of the door without being %110 satisfied and him being satisfied about his job he did.
2. BEST pricing in town! & there's no doubt about it.
I'm a market survey person and Roger beat them all.
3. Roger is super duper nice, honest, reliable, VERY helpful & descriptive.
I had the chance to fix a BMW M4 & Civic2018 with Roger and everything was just perfect

I came to Platinum Collision with an emergency because my car was overheating. While this is not their typical service, they stepped up to help me quickly since (apparently) no mechanics are open on Sundays in Vegas. I am a Californian native who had to make a 4 hour drive home to get home to my husband (and graduate school). These gentlemen had me on my way within the hour! Thank you so much, guys! My bumper needed to be replaced and the whole front of the car was busted.
Not only did I get a much better quote then other places I went to, but my car was fixed so quickly and looks brand new, like nothing happened!!! (I wish I took photos of before, so you could see how bad it was, i was embarrassed to drive it!:)
So, yes, highly highly recommend Roger's work at Platinum Collision. I was referred by a good friend and I'm referring others.

These guys are awesome! I hate doing reviews but these guys deserve it. Had my wife's Ford Flex repaired here and from the get-go these guys were knowledgeable, organized, respectful, on-time and most importantly loyal to their word. My insurance (Geico) pushed me to use one of their "Auto Express" auto body shops but from pass experience I had some dilemmas in the pass with their suggested shops. So I decided to seek my own and couldn't be happier. Roger Guzman and Primo made me feel like family. Truly happy customer here plus I feel good that I help a smaller family own business.

Very friendly people. Roger made sure my car was well taken care of and repaired within a reasonable time frame. The work they do is impeccable! I didn’t get a call until it was 100% ready and I’m satisfied with their attention to detail. Thank you very much to Roger and his staff.
