Bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4 in October of 2021 and had a remote start put in by the same dealer . the remote worked a few times and then it wouldn't work . make a long story short we had it in three times to get fixed .never did fix it . not sure if they don't have competent Technicians working there or not . now they've decided to give us a refund , but they don't know who does the refund . this has been nothing but a waste of my time . and one of the worst experiences i've had. this still hasn't been resolved. we like the Rav4 but not service.

I had a good experience here, no pressure by sales staff. Katrina is great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Most dealerships just want you to buy bigger, better, pricier cars but she actually listened and worked to find the right vehicle for our needs. We are satisfied with our purchase, and the follow-up from them after the sale was made was a nice touch, felt our business was appreciated.
