Well let me tell you, my truck was stolen in Sept and crashed, wrote off got my pay out.I owed $86,000 they gave me $59,000 for payout!....still owed $26,000!...had payments of $503 by-weekly and no truck!...looked at Regency website was just looking when i seen a 2017 jeep went for it got it a very nice lady named Lisa called me told me i got it for a good price but that would be 2 loans over $800 by-weekly!...too much for me so she said she would work on it harder.Well she did she put me in a 1500 ram 2021 for a great price with $345 by-weekly payments, and $7,000 in cash for my other loan!.

I had a couple of mechanical issues with my Ram 1500 while visiting Quesnel this fall. Brent Dean (Senior Service Manager) was an excellent example of what a service manager should do. He understood the urgency of getting my truck fixed and listened to all of my questions and suggestions of how I wanted to proceed. He tried every avenue and went the extra mile to satisfy me as a customer. I would highly recommend Brent at Regency Chrysler and would give a 5 star rating!

The Service here is amazing, we traded our vehicle and they made the transition very easy, i found a small issue with the vehicle but they promptly compensated for it and had us in and out within an hour. If your looking for a new dodge and your in prince george, I HIGHLY recommend you take the hour drive and come to regency instead of northland. It will be well worth your while i guarantee it. 12/10. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Saw a Rubicon online that I loved. I was a little worried because I had bad experiences with salesman in Terrace, Prince George and an older man from Regency. This time when I sent a question via email my response came from Morgan. She was so friendly and able to answer all my questions. She was thoughtful and not at all pushy. She made the Jeep purchase easy and seamless, especially for someone who had to do most things long distance. Chris in finance was courteous and easy to talk to. Thanks Parksville Chrysler for doing the repair that Quesnel Regency Chrysler said nothing was wrong with even after going for a drive with the service manager. (Was told its normal) Appreciate the wash and the quick vacuum as well. Have taken my truck to Quesnel Regency Chrysler twice this year and the messed up on the first visit as well.

Really enjoyed the services I received there. Dealing with some major car issues forcing me to shop around, I had gotten into an accident which left me vehicaless for a period of time. I was on my way to check out a few trucks and test drive them when it happened and Kyle offered us the keys to one of the models for a few days as we got things sorted out and were ready to really purchase a vehical. His and the dealerships flexibility and helpfulness stuck with me and was the final push I needed to make my purchase.
