I have recently moved to Dr Rocci and his team for my dental care and I could not be happier with my choice. The reception staff are professional and accommodating when making appointments and all the staff I dealt with couldn’t have been more caring and efficient. I had a very thorough and detailed examination by Dr Rocci and he spent a lot of time discussing his findings and making his recommendations. I felt very well cared for and would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE
Phillis the receptionist is very rude and uneducated not to mention unprofessional. She kept on hanging up the phone on me after not having the proper education and understanding of what I was asking. The dentist uses old Xray equipment and for that was not able to see what was happening to my tooth after numerous amount of visits! Went to another dentist who saw the problem after the first Xray!

Gateshead Dental was terrible. I told Tracy the hygienist I was only covered for one cleaning and she said that she was only going to do the bottom of my teeth and that I would need to come back and pay again for my top teeth out of pocket. She told me I should invest in my teeth instead of buying tims coffee or starbucks (like I do that, I do not). She did half the work on my teeth cleaning for $175, such a scam for your money and insurance coverage. The only good thing about this office is the receptionist and administrative staff. To conclude I will not be back to this institution they are scammers

I have been dealing with Gateshead Dental for over 15 year. I have been very pleased with Fel and with his exceptional staff. What you can expect from Gateshead Dental is incredible preventive maintenance. The first time I went to see Fel was when my wisdom teeth were not in great shape and I was worried that I would need major surgery. Fel looked at my teeth and confirmed that they would need to be removed and stated it would not be a major procedure we can do it right now. He pulled all 4 out with only local anesthesia and no pain at all. He went over special things to do and was very thorough

Not to out Dr. Rocci at all but he has been my dentist since the practice opened 30 years ago! Fel and his team are the absolute best at what they do. My mom and I have anxiety about the dentist and he is the only person we feel comfortable enough with. I had to have some substantial work done and I chose Gateshead Dental. The staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. Dr. Rocci takes the time to explain everything and puts the patient first. The staff and Dr. Rocci work well together, as a team, and do what's necessary to reduce your stress and concerns.

DR. ROCCI and his staff are been such a great team and all make my visits very comfortable. They help keep you very informed on what is going on with your visits and plans to help provide you with your perfect smile. Just recently I am so Thankful for the amazing natural upper partial plate that Dr.Rocci office had made for me. It took alot of work and included 2 difficult root canals. But in the end it was all worth it. Dr Rocci always concerned about his patients even takes that extra care and calls a day or 2 after a your visit to check you are doing ok. I visited Gateshead Dental after months of persistent pain in my teeth and a sudden worsening of pain in the last few days. Dental visits are usually at the bottom of my list of things I enjoy, and I have lots of anxiety and flashbacks to negative experiences when going to the dentist.
