I was received in an orderly manner following COVID restrictions and protocols after having signed in through a portal the day before. There was no delay in receiving me at the appointed time and I was ushered to the air sealed dental procedure room by the Assistant who set me up for the examination. The dental assistant (Mary) was kind, personable and competent. The dentist (Ela) was very skilled, kind and personable as well. My intake examination was thorough and I was shown the full results of the photos and x-rays that had been taken. Based on that visual evidence, further procedures were suggested

I recently moved to the city and Eastegate Dental was reccomended to me by a co-worker.
Let me say, I have had LOTS of dental and orthodontic work in past starting at a very young age as I was fortunate enough my parents had benifets my entire life growing up. And as an adult now have my benifets as a union worker that fortunately they were able to direct Deposit.
Well, upon initial exam I had x rays done, one of them being on a neat 3D style machine. IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE CHECK YOUR INDUVIDUAL PLAN. Mine will only allow for that special 3D x ray style machine 1x/2yrs. However regular x rays

My hygiene appointment with Angela was amazing!!!! She was very caring and compassionate. She explained everything she was doing and observing. A previous appointment she had made a recommendation of where I needed to clean better and this appointment we saw results. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

First, I always get reminders about upcoming appointments. The staff is great, they welcome you with open arms. Any procedures I have they seem to always accomodate me in the best way. They have the best hours, day time, evenings and also weekends. I always look forward to my appointments because I trust my Dr. I always leave there in a good mood. That is why I love Eastgate Dental Centre.

I had a painful wisdom tooth emerging through my gums, and they were able to get me in the next day. I was very very nervous, as it’s been years since I’ve seen a dentist. I got two fillings done and my wisdom tooth extracted, and by the end of it I was like we’re already done? They were so quick and explained every thing to me. All of the staff was so pleasant and kind, they all truly made this experience as best as it could be and since I have found a new dentist that I feel comfortable going back to, I will be more actively getting my teeth checked out!
