The father and son duo purchased Tresors as their second storefront; their first shop and workroom is located in Montreal.

Thank you very much for my wonderful engagement ring. I was referred by a friend and they told us that they had a very good experience. We are happy to say the same. They took their time on explaining the process of creating our engagement ring and even showed us some loose stones and explaining the difference between each stone. I was impressed by the selection and the staff knowledge. Getting to be involved in the process of designing our ring was very exciting. We felt very confident that the ring would turn out exactly as we designed. It was even better! We will definitely return to Tresors

Buyer beware. Terrible customer service, not to be trusted, slimy jewler practices.
Went here to have a ring resized. My fiance and I were very excited to get her ring sized and start a relationship relationship a local jewler, as I did not get the engagment ring locally.
At first things seemed to be good. They explained platinum is harder to work with so it would cost more (makes sense).
Quoted an almost too reasonable rate of $120 to bring the ring down 3/4 of a size (while the sales lady quoted- she was quick to hide her binder with pricing).
Next the "jewler" came from the back, who was

I just had my wife's engagement set sized and recoated here at TresOrs. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. They help my wife find a size that felt most comfortable for her, even offering to do custom inbetween-sizes to accommodate her. The rings came back looking brand new and in just over a week, much faster then competition that quoted more then 3 weeks. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience at TresOrs. Will definitely be returning here in the future.

The staff here are so friendly and professional. I brought my ring here to be resized and they couldn't have been any kinder. The price was affordable, and the turnaround time was excellent.
I meant to leave a review sooner but forgot. I got my ring sized in November 2020. They are definitely going to be my go to store for repairs going forward.

I've been here multiple times and I always have a great, very professional experience. They have a wide selection on display, and the prices are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you to find something that you like within your budget. I went into TresOrs today with a family heirloom necklace that had a major knot in the very delicate chain. The woman working fixed it in a matter of minutes and didn't charge me a penny. This friendly and thoughtful service is why I chose to go to a downtown shop instead of a big chain store. I purchased a custom Stuller engagement ring with blue tanzanite side stones and chose my diamond and we are extremely happy with it as well as the friendly service/fair pricing they have provided us with. They are a perfect example of why I would rather buy here than at peoples or other big chain stores that do not value their customers. Good, honest and trustworthy jewelers are hard to find but I feel safe to say you can find them at Tresores.

If you decide to purchase jewelry here, I'd recommend you ask for any work to be detailed in writing. The owner changes what he promises every time.
The ring I bought from Tresors had multiple problems including the wrong size. We noticed that it was sized wrong before the order was even sent to the jeweller (he uses one in Montreal) but Alain assured us it was right. It was definitely wrong, but he was quite arrogant about it.
We gave him the benefit of the doubt because he presents himself as professional and knowledgeable, but before long we ran into problem after problem. The more you deal

I shopped the entire www for a loose diamond and took my best choice (on paper) to TresOrs before making a purchase. TresOrs beat that diamond in quality, ratio, table size and price. Then the new issue, how to set a solitaire marquis diamond and find a suitable wedding band we like, to enhance the engagement ring. TresOrs gave us that perfect… solution. The "surprise factor" for my fiancé was kept a secret by the staff, making that day a perfect one for myself and my bride to be. I shopped around Kingston to have a gemstone put into a custom-designed ring. The staff at TresOrs were very friendly and professional, working with me to create exactly the ring I had in mind. Their pricing was also the best that I came across as they were able to find an exact mount for my stone and their quotes didn't include the extra fees which I encountered at other stores. I'm very happy with the end result, which was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend paying them a visit.
