Bought our wedding rings here, but never got them engraved before the wedding. Went back over a year later the Brian remembered my name and my wife's, even though he had not meet her, and asked if we were there to get our rings engraved! Bought a few things over the years, but after 6 or 7 years after not being there and Jeff remembered my name. Simply amazing customer service! They are so easy to talk to and will work with you on whatever you want!

I was referred to Paul-Randolph Jewellers by a local metal jeweler who said I could trust them.
I had a not so expensive silver ring that needed to be reset as the stone had fallen out. It’s only real value was sentimental.
The cost for repair was higher than the cost of the ring. I was not going to proceed but he suggested I leave it with him.… I returned several hours later to find my ring like new. He reset it gratis.
I am very impressed with the workmanship, service and generosity. I plan to entrust them with the re-design of several pieces of older jewelry and also with the design

OH MY GOSH - I took a gold chain in for a new clasp and they lost the chain. Then two weeks later they phoned me to say that they had found the chain - but when I picked it up - they had clearly substituted a cheaper, thinner chain. I would NEVER EVER go back and have told all my friends. Stay clear. The owner is an absolute idiot.
