I was Delonix's electrical contractor for the better part of 4 years. Daryl and his team were more than pleasant to work with on the projects that ranged from garage packages to stunning 2 story homes. Well organized, on time and easy to approach with any problems that arose. Daryl would work with you on a solution instead of dwelling on the problem which made working with them a really good experience. Saskatoon is down a really good builder.

Before deciding on our builder we looked at a lot of show homes, plans and talked to a few builders. We loved the workmanship and detail in the Delonix show home. Through our initial conversations with Daryl we could tell he was enthusiastic about making sure our home would be built to suit us perfectly and that all our ideas would be integrated into the design. Delonix made sure that the whole design would work flawlessly together and Daryl was with us the whole way to give input and advice while always keeping our budget in mind. we couldn't be happier with our decision to build with Delonix

We had a major kitchen/living room renovation done in the spring of 2014 with Delonix Homes Ltd. With Darryl's experience, not only was he able to help us plan our renovation but was able to work through issues efficiently and kept the job on time.
