It is the attention to detail in every Pinnacle Home that sets them apart from the competition. 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry we can provide the customer with the expertise and knowledge to make the right decision. This home features raised 12' ceiling in the living room with tray and crown moulding, upgraded to 9' ceilings on the main floor, vertical siding, as well as cultured stone on the front elevation of the home.
With every new home we build, we maintain a high standard of workmanship. From start to finish, we work closely with you to build your home. But our work does not stop there. Once you have settled in, we are available to you for one full year to remedy any deficiencies. All remedies are completed in an efficient and effective manner.
We love our Pinnacle home and are especially grateful for it now as we try to self-isolate as much as possible. Our home is warm, welcoming, and nourishing to the soul. We had a simple custom home done like we wanted, on time, on budget, beautiful finishes that are an upgrade at most other RTM builders.
RTM stands for Ready To Move. This refers to houses that are constructed at our site and moved to your site when completed. This term should not be confused with mobile or modular homes. Typically, our RTM's are fully finished and delivered in one piece, and once on the foundation, the home requires very little to complete.
