I have sent and received arrangements from Petals and Blooms and every single time the flowers have been so fresh and lasted it was like I had picked flowers out of my own garden they were so fresh and the arrangements were just so perfect. I loved they called me before delivery to make sure I would be home ...great service ladies I highly recommend buying from this store

If your customers are going to follow public health protocols, those working there must as well. Public health protocols were clearly posted on the entrance door (masks required), but when I entered the store one of the two people working there was unmasked and talking on the phone at the register (a very high-traffic space). I mentioned this to the other person working there and I was told that they need to do that because "people on the phone can't understand us talking through the mask".

I am pleased to be writting a review for Petals N Bloom. We used their services for a second family wedding and were so happy with the final bouquets. The flowers were fresh, exactly what we asked for and the color matched perfectly. The staff were so helpful and accommodating for pick up time. The easiest part about planning our wedding was ordering flowers through Petals N Bloom. Highly reccomend using this florist for any bride needing a beautiful bouquet on their big day.

We were very impressed with the floral arrangement from Petals and Blooms. The orchids were beautifully presented and our recipient loved them. She said that they lasted for a long time. We felt that we really got value for the price charged...which was reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I'm not even sure where to begin. I have used this business several times and without issue but on my most recent order to my grandmother the flowers unfortunately died within a day of being delivered just before Christmas. I had sent them to her senior living care home in hopes that it would cheer her up for the holiday as she was prohibited from leaving the home due to covid. The delivery took place at the same time that Calgary was hit with a severe snow storm so the only safe assumption is that the cold weather hindered these flowers to the point they died. I used Petal N Bloom for my wedding last summer and have nothing but positive things to share about the customer service and quality of the flowers we received. It was Valentine’s Day and my daughter wanted to get her mom flowers. I called a head of time and asked if they had pre arranged bouquets or arrangements. The girl told me they had everything I needed. When we got there the cooler was full of pre arrangements and bouquets in all colours, sizes and styles. My let my daughter pick out what she wanted to get. She settled for this arrangement with a heart square vase. The girls were very helpful and friendly. There was one lady who even cut a fresh flower for my little girl which put a big smile of her face.

Petals 'N Blooms has the nicest flower arrangments I have ever seen. The florist contacted me to let me know that the flowers I wanted were out of stock but was able to provide other orchids that were similar. When they arrived I was blown away by how beautiful they were. The arrangement was perfect and the recipient absolutely loved them. I will be ordering from Petals N' Bloom from now on.

I live outside Baltimore, Maryland; I had to send flowers to a memorial service for someone I dearly loved. I wanted to deal locally, with the Calgary merchant. 1) I like to shop local. 2) The event was being held at a non traditional venue. I wanted to speak directly with the florist to ensure a seamless delivery. PETALS 'N BLOOMS was the right call and Danielle was a blessing.

I used their online order form to send flowers to a friend. I was very impressed with the speed of service, and the ease of the ordering process. They were very clear with the final amount that I would be charged, and flowers were delivered on time. I will definitely order from Petals N Blooms next time I need to send flowers in Calgary.

I went to Petals N Blooms to buy a floral arrangement for someone recovering from surgery. I met Sam, who was so knowledgeable and was putting in such an effort that I just assumed she was the owner (I found out later she wasn't). I told her I wanted some white roses and carnations; she said she had no white roses at the moment, but that some beautiful orange roses had just come in. Beautiful they were! I asked her to use her judgement and put together an arrangement based on those orange roses.

Considering how modest this shop is, I'm very impressed with the flower selection and pots. For me, what stands out the most is the cactus gardens in small-medium size pots/bowls. They are striking - very detailed but not overcrowded. I almost bought one for myself. These would make fantastic housewarming gifts for an average price of $45.
